This year, I'm making my brother and his wife a "pizza" made of chocolate because I swear they would be pizzas if they were what they ate. Plus I'm making some homemade bread mixes and jarring them up for a few people. I'm also making bookmarks and a book purse for my niece. Now for next year, I have already decided to make a quilt for my son, my mom and my brother. :) Plus I'll probably make some mug rugs and some coffee cozies for all those coffee/tea drinkers in my life. :)
ReplyDeleteToday I am making some home made ice cream for Christmas day. Lots of biscuits and snacks for over the break.
ReplyDeleteHappy days.

Can't believe it's day 10 already! This week's making will be lots of biscuits for gifts. All the sewing presents are now finished.
ReplyDeleteI made a Kindle cover for my mom and I made pillowcase dresses for my neices. I still have to sew their coin purses together, but that shouldn't take long!
ReplyDeleteI made some pillowcases for a dear quilting friend. It's from the same fabric as the Christmas quilt on her bed. She was really surprised. I loved giving them to her and seeing her face light up.
ReplyDeletei made a quilt for my 25 yr old son...it's all done and waiting for the label to go on the back. And...have you seen those oversized wooden To and Froms sold at Cracker Barrel? They say: Made with Love By...... I bought one of those to go on the quilt gift. I am hoping he will like it!
ReplyDeleteI am making a quilt for my brother from fruit and vegetable prints. :)
ReplyDeleteI'm making a tabletopper (it probably will not get ready for this Christmas!!)
ReplyDeleteI made doll clothes for my granddaughter (about 50 pieces total) and I am making and decorating the groom's cake for my niece's Christmas Eve wedding. I made divinity candy for the first time ever yesterday along with chocolate mice and filled cupcakes.
ReplyDeleteI made tablesrunners for my sisters & now I'm still working on 2 snowman wall quilts & a mugrug for my 3 favorite cousins! Merry Christmas & thanks!
ReplyDeleteThree aprons (two with coordinating oven mitts), two little wallhangings (from "Motif" by Jerri Kelly), a tabletopper, and a Christmas quilt for ME! I thought I'd whip out a few mugrugs, but I am so DUN. Maybe for birthdays...
ReplyDeleteI'm making mugrugs and adding a mug and some homemade biscuits!
ReplyDeleteI'm making some last minute table mats for our dinner, the good thing's I'm going to need only three!!!
ReplyDeleteI finished a lot of baby-to-be-grand niece gifts around Thanksgiving, so will not be making gifts for Christmas. However, I did complete my first quilty Christmas decoration - a 12 days of Christmas wall hanging. Thanks for another lovely set of photos. mlwright29 (at) hotmail (dot) com
ReplyDeleteI made myself happy...grin....go to the movies with my oldest DGD.

Already made - reusable market bag with matching snap bag and tissue cover. Mini quilted blocks for four seasons that hang on a table top metal stand. And now I am out of time for creating!
ReplyDeleteI'm making homemade ornaments - just cinnamon and applesauce, rolled out and cut with holiday cookies cutters, then baked. They are so ridiculously easy, but they look really cute, and smell amazing!
ReplyDeleteoh how beautiful! I'm still stitching ... mail will reach my family still for four more days ... I can make plenty :) little snap bags, zip bags, market bags... I'll try :) Merry Christmas!
ReplyDeleteI'm still working on my quilting my sons quilt for Christmas. I am also working on several bags that my mother intends to give away. I will be sick of these bags before it is over with! But I do love it when people ooh and aah over gifts they receive. ;-)
