  1. Cute collection of mug rugs! I think what I like about mug rugs is that they can have any theme at all and it's not a huge project to finish. I like to make them for occasions...birthdays, whatever and mail them off with a card.

  2. I haven't made mug rugs, but I make lots of pot holders which would be a similar size. I like to take a simple paper pieced pattern and reduce the size to fit. I've done birds, apples, trees, cupcakes, and even words like "cook" or "eat". Such fun to make!

  3. Lovely mug rugs, Lana. Your farm ones are very cute. I have made a few for gifts. I would buy a mug and then make the rug to match.

  4. Nice mug rugs. To be honest...I haven't made one yet...ever! I must though because I always have a cup of tea at some point during the day. Oh the possiblilities, tea mug rugs - small, and quick - not words I am used to when describing my projects. Time to shake it up! Thanks for the inspiration. Hugs, ~Cori

  5. Sweetwater has made one of my very favorite fabric lines.... Sunkissed, just love it... your mug rugs are adorable. I don't have a favorite pattern, mug rugs are so fun to make how ever you want them. Using practice blocks are a great way of making mug rugs. Thanks for the fun giveaway.
